Chiara from Eventologia was hired to assist with our legal ceremony in Portofino. From the very beginning she was highly responsive and anticipated and resolved issues, even before she was formally hired. An initial Zoom meeting confirmed we had selected the best partner to make the process of legalizing our ceremony in Italy come true. Chiara battled every government obstacle and kept us informed the entire time. Any unanticipated roadblocks were navigated with ease. We also used her as our translator for the townhall which was perfect as by that time we felt like she was a member of the family. In addition, she provided her opinion on several aspects of the symbolic ceremony managed by the hotel. When the hotel was unable to provide a hairdresser due to the event being on a Sunday, Chiara came to the rescue and located a hairdresser / salon owner who came to the hotel with a makeup artist for both a trial run and the ceremony at a more economical price then the hotel was offering. Both ladies were super sweet and helped me look my best on my wedding day. Eventologia is the perfect choose for the Italian wedding of your dreams. Such a great wedding experience in Piemonte, we asked Chiara to help us again 4 years later!

When we planned our wedding in Piemonte in 2018, I tried to manage the planning on my own from Chicago. I was overwhelmed and exhausted. My father in law found Chiara and the moment we met with her, she took away all my anxiety. She was able to see my vision and not only execute it, but do it within my budget. She had creative ideas, she was able to tackle every issue (it rained on my wedding day!) and she even took our crazy ideas and brought them to life (my husband surprised me with a opera singer at dinner!).

To this day, our guests reminisce about our wedding. We owe that all to Chiara!

Not only did she do all that, she was SO MUCH FUN to work with. She made the experience enjoyable. I feel like I made a friend in Piemonte.

This summer, four years later, we were finally able to come back to Piemonte. We invited our friends and four other families said yes! There were 24 of us in total – again I felt a lot of anxiety trying to figure out how we would manage meals/day trips, etc. Chiara once again came to our rescue. She planned a in-home Michelin-star chef experience, a dinner at a vineyard and a day touring around Piemonte. And again, not only did she take the work off of me, she made it enjoyable and fun!

Piemonte has a very special place in my heart, not only for the food, the wine and the views. But also the people. And Chiara embodies all things Piemonte.
